Royal Petrol Loyalty Program: A Guide for Members

Royal Petrol LLP, operator of Royal Petrol and Continent branded gas stations and mini-markets, offers a loyalty program rewarding both new and existing customers. The program accrues bonus points (Bonuses) redeemable for discounts and special offers.

Key Terms:

• Participant: Any individual, 14 years or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions in Kazakhstan and registered in the program. A unique individual identification number (IIN) is required.
• Participant Questionnaire: Information provided during program registration. Submitting the questionnaire constitutes consent to data processing (under Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection") via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, mail, and automated systems, including database creation. This consent can be revoked in writing.
• Virtual Card: An electronic card accessed through the mobile application.
