More Tales of Remasters on the Horizon: A Consistent Future for Classic Titles

The Tales of series is set for a wave of remasters, as confirmed by producer Yusuke Tomizawa during the recent 30th Anniversary Special Broadcast. While specifics remain under wraps, Tomizawa assured fans that a dedicated team is hard at work, aiming for a steady stream of remastered titles in the coming years.

This commitment follows Bandai Namco's earlier acknowledgement of significant fan demand for updated versions of classic Tales of games. Many beloved titles, previously confined to older platforms, will finally become accessible to both veteran and new players on modern consoles and PC.

The upcoming Tales of Graces f Remastered, launching January 17, 2025, for consoles and PC, serves as a prime example of this initiative. Originally a 2009 Nintendo Wii release, its remaster underscores Bandai Namco's dedication to bringing the series' legacy to a wider audience.

The 30th Anniversary celebration itself showcased the series' rich history, featuring messages from key developers involved in its creation. Furthermore, a new English-language Tales of official website has been launched, promising to be the central hub for future remaster announcements.
