Sword Art Online Variant Showdown Returns After Extended Maintenance!

Remember SAOVS, Bandai Namco's action RPG launched in November 2022? After an unexpectedly long "never-ending maintenance" period starting in September 2023 (initially slated to end summer 2024), SAOVS is back!

The developers encountered core functionality issues requiring extensive time for resolution. Now relaunched, what's new?

New Content and Events:

• Battle Royale Season 1: A new Battle Royale mode has arrived! Four players compete, and the player with the most knockouts wins. Participate in League Matches to earn Titles and accessories. This season runs until December 30th.

• Returning Player Campaign: Loyal players who endured the maintenance receive 5 Sword Spark Mito Pickup Scout Tickets as a thank-you gift.

• Restart Celebration: Six Great Campaigns: This event offers up to 100 free Scouts, login bonuses, and mission rewards. It runs until January 30th, 2025.

• SSR Sword Spark Mito and New Ability Cards: Players have a chance to obtain the Light-elemental fighter SSR Sword Spark Mito, along with the new SSR Ability Cards "Destroyer of Destiny" and "Seasoned Comrades." This opportunity is available until January 6th, 2025.
