Who Are the New Year Special Champions in Marvel Contest of Champions?

This year, Marvel Contest of Champions introduces two new Champions straight from Wakanda. On January 16th, you'll have the chance to recruit Okoye, the formidable General of the Dora Milaje. Her unmatched skill and wisdom have long protected Wakandan royalty. Then, on January 30th, Gentle enters the fray. This mutant, Nezhno Abidemi, carries a tragic past but gains immense strength from his Vibranium tattoos. With these additions, your roster will now boast over 280 Champions, making it more formidable than ever.

Gentle's storyline involves a stealth mission to uncover the mystery behind the sudden disintegration of Vibranium. Meanwhile, Okoye confronts the Deathless, striving to thwart dark doppelgangers who have stolen Wakandan artefacts for a sinister ritual. You can earn Kimoyo Beads during the Death Drive Event to track down these stolen items and unlock paths in the Vault of Strength, Vault of Violence, Vault of Conviction, and Vault of Rage, each brimming with rewards.
