Wuthering Waves 2.1 Phase II: New Banners Detailed

Wuthering Waves launches Phase II of its Version 2.1 update on March 6th, packed with new events, Resonator and weapon banners, and plenty of rewards to claim. Here's everything you need to know.

What’s Happening?

The companion story "Sail Day, Captain!" becomes permanently available starting March 6th, focusing on Brant, Captain of the Fool’s Troupe. To access it, you must first reach Union Level 20 and complete Main Quest Chapter II Act III: "What Yesterday Wept, Today Doth Sing."

Version 2.1 Phase II features powerful Resonator banners. "Blaze Across the Deep" and "Vermillion’s Ploy" run from March 6th to March 26th. Brant headlines "Blaze Across the Deep" with an increased drop rate, alongside 4-star Resonators Youhu, Taoqi, and Mortefi.

If you prefer Changli, "Vermillion’s Ploy" is the banner to pull on, featuring the same boosted 4-star lineup. Both Brant and Changli are event-exclusive. Their Wavebands are available in the Afterglow Coral Store only until these banners conclude.

Two featured weapon banners, "Unflickering Valor" and "Blazing Brilliance," are also active from March 6th to March 26th. They offer a chance to obtain their respective 5-star weapons, along with powerful 4-star gear including Waning Redshift, Comet Flare, and Marcato.

Wuthering Waves Version 2.1 Phase II Has Plenty of Events Too!

"Infinite Battle Simulation II" runs from March 6th to March 27th. Defeat enemies, open supply chests, and accumulate Tactic Points and Low-Capacity Variables to earn rewards like Malleable Elite Class Echoes and a Premium Resonance Potion. Participation requires Union Level 14 and completion of the Chapter II Prologue: "Through the Sea Thou Break."

"Beyond the Waves," an exploration event, takes place from March 13th to March 27th. Complete daily event objectives, collect Adventure Logs, and exchange them for random Adventure Packages containing rewards such as Forgery Premium Supply and Crystal Solvent. You only need Union Level 14 to participate.

Additionally, "Bountiful Crescendo" offers a limited-time double-drop event from March 20th to March 27th. Spending Waveplates on Simulations or Forgery Challenges will grant double the usual rewards. Download Wuthering Waves from the Google Play Store and prepare for Version 2.1 Phase II.
