Get ready, Pokémon GO Trainers! The Pokémon GO World Championships 2024 in Honolulu (August 16-18) offers incredible rewards and Twitch Drops! You can earn up to three redeemable codes and exclusive in-game items.

Claiming Twitch Drops:

Watch 30 minutes of the official Pokémon GO World Championships livestream on Twitch during the event (August 16th-18th). Remember to link your Twitch and Pokémon Trainer Club accounts beforehand. Minimizing the stream will pause your progress. A Twitch notification will alert you when you've earned a drop, claimable on the Twitch Drops Inventory Page or at rewards.pokemon.com (codes valid until August 26th, 11:59 PM UTC).

Exclusive Rewards and Timed Research:

Two codes are earned by watching the main stream (one per day). A third is available for watching official co-streams (August 16th, 9:00 AM HST – August 19th, 12:00 AM HST). These unlock Timed Research:

• Day 1: Encounter a Sableye (Shadow Claw/Foul Play), Elite Charged TM, and a Candy XL bonus for Trainers level 31+ completing three-star Shadow Raids (Shadow Sableye may appear!).

• Day 2: Choose one of three Great League team options:

  • Team 1: Dunsparce, Mantine, Pancham
  • Team 2: Galarian Weezing, Skorupi, Chespin
  • Team 3: Jigglypuff, Shellos, Inkay

  You'll also receive 8,500 Stardust and increased Shiny encounter chances.
