Fresh details have emerged regarding Diablo IV's upcoming Season 5, revealing the addition of 15 brand-new Unique items. This exciting news comes directly from the recently reopened Public Test Realm (PTR).

In Diablo IV, Unique items represent the pinnacle of item rarity, boasting superior attributes, affixes, effects, and visually distinct designs. Season 5 promises to significantly enhance the endgame experience with these powerful additions.

According to Wowhead, five "General Uniques" will be available to all classes:

• Crown of Lucian (Helmet): Boasting a formidable 1,156 armor.
• Endurant Faith (Gloves): Providing 463 armor.
• Locran's Talisman (Amulet): Offering a substantial 25% additional elemental resistance.
• Rakanoth'a Wake (Boots): Granting 463 armor.
• Shard of Verathiel (Sword): Dealing a massive 1,838 damage per second.

Beyond the General Uniques, each class receives two exclusive new Unique items:

Barbarian:

• Unbroken Chain (Amulet)
• The Third Blade (Sword)

Druid:

• Bjornfang's Tusks (Gloves)
• The Basilisk (Staff)

Rogue:

• Shroud of Khanduras (Chest Armor)
• The Umbracrux (Dagger)

Sorcerer:

• Axial Conduit (Pants)
• Vox Omnium (Staff)

Necromancer:

• Path of Trag'Oul (Boots)
• The Mortacrux (Dagger)

Furthermore, Blizzard has implemented changes to increase the accessibility of Unique items. Players can now acquire Unique and Mythic Unique items through Whisper Caches, the Purveyor of Curiosities, and Tortured Gifts within Helltide events. While obtainable from regular monster drops, the highest drop rate will be found within Infernal Hordes, the game's new endgame activity.
