Locating the Four Page Fragments

The Citadelle des Morts map intricately weaves the lore of Black Ops 4 and Vanguard into its storyline. A crucial step in the main quest involves discovering four page fragments, each bearing a unique symbol. These fragments are essential for progressing. However, their spawn points can be unpredictable, sometimes appearing but remaining invisible. To maximize your chances of finding them:

1. Activate Pack-a-Punch: Ensure the Pack-a-Punch machine is operational on Citadelle des Morts.
2. Speak with Professor Krafft: Interact with the sealed door in the Dungeon area to initiate a conversation with Professor Krafft.

Completing these steps should improve the visibility of the page fragments if they weren't already visible.

Page Fragment Spawn Locations

The four fragments are always located within the Sitting Room (containing Stamin-Up) or its adjacent Passage. They appear as small pieces of paper, each displaying a distinct symbol. Possible spawn locations include:

• Near the vase by the torch in the Sitting Room Passage
• Between two torches (one lit, one unlit) to the left of the previous location
• On the ruined wall in the Passage, left of a torch
• On the TVs near Stamin-Up

• By the fireplace near the bunk beds
• On the bunk beds themselves
• On an end table or desk near the bunk beds
• On the floor near crates in the Passage

• Next to a rope bundle near a torch and boxes in the Passage

If you're having trouble, systematically check all surfaces and ledges within the Sitting Room and Passage, repeatedly pressing and releasing the interact button.

Utilizing the Page Fragments

Once collected, the fragments are used later in the Easter Egg quest. Locate the book behind a destructible wall in the Undercroft. Use the Melee Macchiato perk's enhanced melee attack to break the wall. This reveals a symbol-matching puzzle. Solving the puzzle spawns a red orb; interact with it to place the fragments within the book.

Note the symbols in this order: top-left, bottom-left, top-right, bottom-right. Each corresponds to a Point of Power Trap. Activate each trap in the noted order, obtaining kills within the trap until it deactivates. The corresponding symbol on the book will then extinguish. Repeat this process for all four traps.
