Below, we rank each Avowed Attribute from least to most impactful, helping you make informed decisions as you progress through the Living Lands.
Every Attribute in Avowed

Best Avowed Attributes, Ranked
While each Attribute suits specific builds, some stand out as universally beneficial. Here's how we rank them to guide your character creation and Attribute Point allocation:
6. Perception
Perception is highly specialized in *Avowed*. It enhances Critical Hit Chance and Maximum Range for ranged weapons, which can be advantageous in certain scenarios. However, the game's combat often occurs in close quarters, limiting its effectiveness. Still, it's worth considering for specific fights against certain enemy types.
5. Resolve
Resolve increases Maximum Stamina, which is crucial for sustained combat. It also enhances Second Wind, a mechanic that can save you from lethal damage. However, with many Unique armor items offering similar stamina boosts, Resolve can become less essential. Focusing on avoiding damage or tanking it more effectively might be more beneficial than relying on Second Wind.
4. Intellect
Intellect boosts Maximum Essence and Elemental Resistance, making it invaluable in combat against elemental damage. Even if your character isn't primarily a spellcaster, the increased Essence benefits various abilities across different classes, enhancing your overall combat effectiveness.
3. Dexterity
Dexterity is a versatile Attribute that improves attack and action speed, enhancing mobility, item use, and weapon and ability efficiency. It's beneficial for all play styles, making it a solid choice for boosting your character's agility and damage output.
2. Constitution
Constitution significantly increases Maximum Health and resistance to Poison and Bleed, two of the most lethal damage types in *Avowed*. This Attribute ensures you survive longer in battles, making it crucial for any build focused on durability.
1. Might
Might stands out as the most impactful Attribute in *Avowed*. It enhances damage across all weapons, significantly boosting your DPS and making it easier to handle both regular enemies and bosses. Additionally, Might increases Carry Capacity, allowing you to carry more gear without becoming encumbered. This not only improves your mobility but also lets you collect and sell more items, enhancing your overall gameplay experience.
This ranking should help guide your Attribute Point allocation in *Avowed*, ensuring your character is well-equipped to face the challenges of the Living Lands.
