Author : Adam Apr 22,2025

Kuro Games is gearing up to launch the highly anticipated Wuthering Waves update, Version 2.1, titled "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls," scheduled for release on February 13th. This update promises an array of exciting additions, including new Resonators, weapons, regions, and a plethora of events, significantly expanding the game's universe and offering fresh challenges and exploration opportunities.

At the heart of the update are two new five-star Resonators, Phoebe and Brant, who introduce unique combat styles to shake up the gameplay. Accompanying them are new weapons like the five-star Luminous Hymn and Unflickering Valor, as well as the four-star Ocean’s Gift, which can be obtained through a fishing-themed event on the Riccioli Islands.

For explorers, Version 2.1 unveils two new regions: Vault Underground and the Riccioli Islands. The Vault, situated beneath the Sea of Clouds, serves as a secure storage zone, while the Riccioli Islands are steeped in the traditions of Rinascita’s past, offering a distinct contrast to the structured environment of Ragunna City.

The update also enriches the lore of Wuthering Waves with new stories, such as Brant’s Companion Story, "Sail Day, Captain!," which delves into his past, and the "Silent as a Falling Leaf" Exploration Quest, which uncovers more mysteries within Ragunna. Players will face new challenges with the introduction of Echoes like "Rage Against the Statue" and "Aero Prism."

A series of limited-time events will roll out with the update, including "Old Man and the Whale," where players can embark on a quest for rare fish, and "Apex Ragunna," tied to the Carnevale festival, opening up new areas in the Water City. These events offer numerous opportunities to gather resources, similar to the benefits provided by our Wuthering Waves codes.

For those focused on combat, the update introduces "Tactical Simulacra III" and "Infinite Battle Simulation II" as structured challenges, alongside the "Whimpering Wastes," a permanent high-difficulty combat zone.
