Upcoming Update Adds New Building, Jukebox, and More
Schedule 1 remains a top-selling sensation on Steam, thanks to its regular updates that keep the community engaged. On May 1, TVGS's solo developer, Tyler, took to Twitter (X) to share a first look at the next update, which is nearing its open beta phase.
Tyler's post included images showcasing a new building labeled "Stash and Dash," a Jukebox speculated to allow players to customize the game's soundtrack, and an intriguing empty corridor. While an official release date hasn't been announced, the update will first be available in the beta branch. Players can access this by adjusting their Steam settings to participate in the beta. Plans for Map Expansion
During his inaugural dev stream on Twitch last week, Tyler provided a glimpse into his ambitious plans for Schedule 1. He showcased 3D modeling work and discussed his vision for expanding the game's map. Tyler aims to introduce a "swampy, slummy area" and enhance the upscale part of the town with additional houses on the cliffs. His long-term goal includes developing the island opposite the main area.
While these expansions sound thrilling and promise to enrich the gameplay experience, they are likely to take time to materialize, given Tyler's status as a solo developer. Nonetheless, the community remains enthusiastic about the future updates.
Schedule 1 is currently available in Early Access for PC. Stay tuned to our articles for the latest updates and news on the game!
