Tinkatink Debuts in Pokémon Go for Pokémon Horizons: Season 2 Celebration
The Horizons Celebration event is making a thrilling return to Pokémon Go, and it's set to dazzle players with the debut of Tinkatink and its evolutions, Tinkatuff and Tinkaton. This special event, running from April 16th to 22nd, introduces these uniquely pink Pokémon, complete with their iconic hammers. Tinkaton, in particular, is renowned for its rock-throwing antics against Corviknight, and now you can evolve your Tinkatink into this formidable Pokémon using around 125 Candy collected throughout the event.
Adding to the excitement, a new costumed Pokémon, Floragato adorned with Liko's pin, will be roaming the wild, hatching from Eggs, and appearing in Raids. Keep your eyes peeled for a Shiny Floragato, as they might just make an appearance. Other Pokémon such as Pikachu wearing Cap's hat and Charcadet could also make surprise visits.
Joining Tinkatink are other Paldea favorites like Fuecoco, Sprigatito, Quaxly, and Pawmi, which will be wandering the wild. Meanwhile, seven km Eggs will hatch familiar faces including Hatenna, Elekid, and even Tinkatink. Don't miss out on the snapshot surprises, where Horizons characters and their Pokémon might photobomb your pictures, adding an extra layer of fun to your event experience.
On the combat front, Pikachu in Cap's hat comes equipped with the special move Volt Tackle. Raids will feature a mix of Pokémon such as Charizard, Metagross, Alolan Muk, and more Floragato. For those looking to maximize their rewards, Team Go Rocket balloons will appear more frequently, Egg hatch distances will be halved, and there will be increased chances for Shiny encounters along with higher Stardust payouts.
