How to Find All Side Stories in Split Fiction

From Chapters 2 through 5, you can embark on 12 different Side Stories, with three tucked away in each chapter. Here’s how to locate them all:

Legend of the Sandfish – Kick off your Side Story adventure in Chapter 2 right after completing the Rush Hour section. You'll stumble upon this one naturally, so there's no way to miss it.

Farmlife – In Chapter 2's Streets of Neon section, find this Side Story by hopping over a small barrier before you reach the elevators on the left.

Mountain Hike – Conclude your Chapter 2 Side Stories in the Big City Life section. At the Port-A-Pottys, have Mio jump into one, then use Zoe to launch her to a ledge with a ladder opposite them. Once Mio drops the ladder, you can access this Side Story.

Train Heist – Start your Chapter 3 Side Stories in the Lord Evergreen section. As you navigate the water with a wooden plank, reach a ledge by wall running with Mio and Zoe.

Gameshow – In Chapter 3's Walking Sticks of Doom section, after the side-scrolling part, engage in some minor platforming to reach the Side Story on a platform.

Collapsing Star – Finish your Chapter 3 Side Stories in the Halls of Ice section. You'll find this one on the main path, making it impossible to miss.

Kites – Begin your Chapter 4 Side Stories in the Toxic Tumblers section. Locate it at the end of the long tube.

Moon Market – In Chapter 4's Test Chamber section, after opening the door post-crane sequence, reach the Side Story on a ledge to the left with a bit of platforming.

Notebook – Wrap up Chapter 4's Side Stories in the Soaring Desperados section. Use the jetpack to hover over to the Side Story, avoiding the giant wheel on the left side of the room.

Slopes of War – Start your Chapter 5 Side Stories in the Water Temple section. After hatching your dragons, solve the lever puzzle on the left past the golden balls to unlock this Side Story.

Space Escape – In Chapter 5's Craft Temple section, after defeating the dragon, launch Mio to a ledge using her glide and Zoe's roll. Have Mio drop a column for Zoe to climb up to the Side Story.

Birthday Cake – Conclude your Side Story journey in Chapter 5's Treasure Temple section. Complete the soul puzzle and find the Side Story on your left.
