Recent events surrounding the viral Skibidi Toilet and its impact on the sandbox game Garry's Mod have taken a bizarre turn. However, a resolution appears to have been reached, with game developer Garry Newman confirming the matter is settled.

Newman's initial reaction, expressed on a Discord server, was disbelief ("Can you believe the cheek?"). The subsequent online controversy went viral. While Newman has stated the issue is resolved, the identity of the party who sent the DMCA remains undisclosed.
The DMCA targeted unauthorized Skibidi Toilet add-ons for Garry's Mod, add-ons the sender claimed generated substantial revenue. The notice specified the use of characters from the Skibidi Toilet series—Titan Cameraman, Titan Speakerman, and Titan TV Man—as infringing on registered copyrights.
