Rogue Frontier Update Launches in Albion Online, Introducing Smuggler Faction
Albion Online has kicked off 2025 with a thrilling update called Rogue Frontier, embracing the theme of living on the edge. This update introduces a new faction, innovative trading methods, and exciting new weapons. Players can now immerse themselves in an underground network of outcasts who thrive by their own rules.

The Smugglers epitomize rebellion and non-conformity, having grown weary of the Royal Continent's regulations. They've established clandestine Smuggler's Dens in the lawless wilds, serving as bases where players can stash their loot and engage in various illicit activities. These dens are equipped with banks, repair stations, and travel planners to keep you on the move.
The Smugglers operate through a Smuggler’s Network, a revolutionary trading system that connects the Outlands in new ways. This allows players to move goods without the usual taxes and hassles of the Royal Continent, though you'll need to pay a fee to the Smugglers.
With the Smugglers now a full-fledged Faction, players can undertake missions to demonstrate their loyalty. Tasks might include tracking down stolen Smuggler Crates from ambushed wagons or rescuing captured Smugglers from the Royal Guards. Completing these missions earns you Smuggler’s Coins, which can be used to climb the ranks within the faction.
Let’s Look Beyond the Smuggler Action
The Rogue Frontier Update introduces several eagerly anticipated features to Albion Online. The new Bank Overview feature allows players to track their items across the game world, eliminating the hassle of remembering where rare loot is stored.
For PvP enthusiasts, Kill Trophies have been added to commemorate epic battles. Additionally, the Albion Journal now includes a Creatures category, encouraging players to document the various beasts that roam the wilds.
Three new Crystal Weapons have been introduced, tailored to explorers, traders, and fighters. Dive into Albion Online on the Google Play Store to experience these exciting updates firsthand.
