"Pokemon Go's Festival of Colors Update Introduces Bruxish and Special Flabebe"

Author : Savannah Apr 16,2025

If you're still buzzing from the excitement of Pokémon Day 2025, Niantic has yet another treat with the return of the Festival of Colors in Pokémon Go. Mark your calendars for March 13th to 17th, as this vibrant event promises delightful surprises at PokeStops and a slew of event bonuses that no Trainer would want to miss.

During the Festival of Colors, your Lure Modules will enjoy an extended lifespan of three hours. And if you're into the more unusual Pokémon, Bruxish will be making more frequent appearances whenever you activate your Incense. Personally, I find Bruxish a bit on the creepy side, but if you're drawn to fishy creatures that resemble a mix between a piranha and an angler fish, this is your golden opportunity to catch them.

Keep an eye out for regional surprises as well. Depending on where you are, you might encounter Flabébé in a variety of colors in the wild. If luck is on your side, you could even spot the rare White Flower Flabébé and Orange Flower Flabébé.
