"Locate the Trader in Garbage: Stalker 2 Guide"

After leaving the Lesser Zone, you'll find yourself entering the expansive Garbage area in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. As you venture further from your starting base, it will take some time before you encounter traders in this new region.

Upon entering the Garbage zone, your quest marker won't immediately guide you to the next Stalker hub. To officially visit the Slag Heap, you'll need to advance the main storyline, particularly by completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest. This involves visiting the Detention Center and the Laboratory before meeting with Scar. Once these steps are completed, the game will direct you to the Slag Heap.

However, you can explore and reach the Slag Heap early, which is located north of the Laboratory. Here, you'll find two traders in the Stalker 2 Garbage area:

• Boozer: Positioned right at the entrance of the Slag Heap, Boozer runs the bar. He sells meals and drinks, and he's willing to buy any items you wish to sell. You can't miss him as he's the first person you'll encounter upon entering.

• Huron: To find Huron, head left from the entrance and then through the open door on your right. Unlike Boozer, Huron specializes in selling weapons and other gear. Inside his room, you'll also find your stash, allowing you to store your extra belongings. Engaging with Huron can also initiate a side quest.

Additionally, although not a trader, you'll encounter a Tech named Diode at the back of the left corridor in the Slag Heap. You must speak with him to progress the main quest, so he's easy to find.
