Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1

Get ready for a major update to Marvel Rivals! On January 10th at 1 AM PST, Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls arrives, bringing with it the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman, new maps, a fresh game mode, and a brand-new battle pass.

A recent gameplay video showcases Invisible Woman's unique abilities. She's a Strategist class, capable of both damaging opponents and healing allies with her primary attack. Her kit also includes a knockback, invisibility, a double jump for enhanced mobility, and a protective shield for teammates. Her ultimate ability creates a zone of invisibility, disrupting ranged attacks.

Mister Fantastic also makes his debut in Season 1, but fans will need to be patient for Human Torch and The Thing. NetEase Games has confirmed that seasons will run approximately three months, with significant mid-season updates (around six to seven weeks post-launch) introducing additional content. This is when we can expect the remaining Fantastic Four members to join the fray. A gameplay trailer highlights Mister Fantastic's abilities, showcasing his stretchy attacks and defensive capabilities, leading many to consider him a blend of Duelist and Vanguard styles.

While the Fantastic Four are a welcome addition, some players anticipated the arrival of Blade in Season 1. Data miners have uncovered extensive information about Blade within the game's files, fueling speculation. However, with Dracula revealed as the main antagonist for Season 1, Blade's absence is a slight disappointment for some. Despite this, anticipation remains high for future updates.
