Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Update 3 Set for Next Week, Will Bring Important Fixes as Well as Nvidia DLSS 4 Support
Bethesda's upcoming Update 3 for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will arrive next week, bringing several improvements and fixes, the company announced. While complete patch notes are pending, Bethesda's tweet revealed key additions: support for Nvidia DLSS 4, including Multi-Frame Generation and DLSS Ray Reconstruction.
This update is highly anticipated by players grappling with game-breaking bugs since the December launch. Bethesda previously promised February's update would introduce enhanced graphics and address issues hindering 100% completion and traversal in Sukhothai (vine climbing and wall squeezing). The extent to which these issues are resolved remains to be seen.
Initially released on PC and Xbox Series X|S (and day-one on Game Pass), Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny has already attracted 4 million players. Critically acclaimed and a multiple award-winner (including three D.I.C.E. Awards), the MachineGames title is also slated for a PlayStation 5 release this spring.
Interestingly, Harrison Ford, the iconic Indiana Jones himself, commented on Troy Baker's portrayal of the character, stating that Baker's performance proves "you don't need artificial intelligence to steal my soul." In an interview with The Wall Street Journal, Ford expressed his satisfaction with Baker's performance, emphasizing the actor's talent and the unnecessary use of AI. He lauded Baker's "brilliant job," highlighting the achievement without AI involvement.
