Hyde Run: Global Release of High-Speed Endless Runner Game!
If you're a fan of Japanese music, chances are you're familiar with HYDE, the iconic artist who has graced Madison Square Garden and sold over 40 million records. Now, HYDE takes center stage in a thrilling new endless runner game, Hyde Run, which has just launched globally.
Originally released in Japan, Hyde Run is now accessible to players worldwide, thanks to the game's developer and publisher, Phoenixx. This exciting launch offers global fans a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in HYDE's illustrious music career through a game packed with references to his achievements.
Move, Jump or Slide in Hyde Run
In Hyde Run, you'll experience the thrill of parkour across a dynamic concert stage and a futuristic rendition of Tokyo. You take on the role of HYDE, navigating a high-speed chase through Neo Tokyo, evading obstacles, performing wall-runs past vibrant billboards, and collecting musical notes along the way.
The game's atmosphere is distinctly more vibrant and energetic than your typical endless runner, infused with the electrifying energy of a guitar solo and filled with HYDE-specific fan service.
As you dash through the city, you'll encounter various power-ups. These include magnets that attract musical notes to you and barriers that protect against damage from obstacles.
Before each run, you have the option to activate items for a competitive edge. Use a Note Gain to increase your note collection or opt for a Barrier to avoid tripping over unexpected hurdles.
Additionally, you can gather crystals to unlock exclusive outfits and room items inspired by HYDE's career, along with voice clips from the artist himself, accessible through the Microphone Stand.

Hyde Run also allows you to personalize HYDE's room within the game, featuring memorabilia spanning the last two decades, from tour gear to obscure references. Hidden items unlock additional messages and voice notes from HYDE.
Currently, players can access limited-time content until June 10th, 2025. This includes the THE LAST ROCKSTARS Costume Set, which captures HYDE's iconic look from a music video, complete with matching ROCK Furniture like leopard prints, vintage trunks, and stage spotlights.
For a more relaxed vibe, there's the Bat Jinbei Costume Set, inspired by summer festivals. For traditional aesthetics, you can choose a Japanese-style furniture set featuring bamboo, bonboris, and a wind chime resembling HYDE's Edyh character.
