Hay Day\'s newest crossover arrival is...Gordon Ramsay?
Supercell has taken a surprising turn by welcoming Gordon Ramsay, the renowned chef from "Kitchen Nightmares" and "Hotel Hell," into their popular mobile game, Hay Day. Starting today, players will see Ramsay adopt a surprisingly calm persona as he steps in to fill the shoes of the character Greg, who has temporarily left on a fishing trip. This new avatar of Ramsay will be available until the 24th, bringing with him a series of new events, features, and special activities to mark his in-game debut.
The collaboration is highlighted by amusing trailers that showcase Ramsay's departure from his typically fiery demeanor, even featuring an apology video to past contestants of "Hell's Kitchen." This move into a more relaxed role for the Michelin-starred chef is a stark contrast to his usual on-screen persona, making his appearance in Hay Day all the more intriguing.
This isn't Gordon Ramsay's first foray into mobile gaming; he has previously launched apps inspired by his television shows. However, his inclusion in Hay Day signals Supercell's continued push towards celebrity collaborations. Following their successful partnership with soccer star Erling Haaland, Supercell seems eager to diversify its game content with real-life personalities, likely aiming to resonate with their broad and mature audience.
For those new to Supercell's offerings, diving into Hay Day can be an exciting journey. Make sure to check out our list of Hay Day tips to get started, covering everything from key mechanics to strategies that will help you maximize your in-game experience.
