While tailors do sell shoes—like the one in Troskowitz—their offerings typically don't have impressive stats. For better quality, seek out a cobbler. You can find one as early as Trosky, identifiable on the map by a symbol resembling three red pieces arranged in a circle.

When you speak with a cobbler, such as Cobbler Matthew, you’ll gain access to a variety of items beyond just shoes. He also sells horse-related gear, materials, and useful kits like the Blacksmith’s Kit and Cobbler’s Kit.

How to Repair Shoes

Just like acquiring new shoes, repairing them comes with several options. The simplest method is to visit a cobbler or blacksmith and select the repair option during conversation. A menu will appear showing which items can be repaired and the associated costs. These prices can be reduced by investing in perks under the Craftsmanship skill tree, which offer percentage discounts when NPCs perform repairs.
