Fans of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor were thrilled to see new figures in the mix. Nightsister Merrin receives a new figure, while protagonist Cal Kestis is part of a dynamic three-pack alongside Turgle and Skoova Stev. Notably, Cal's figure comes with multiple interchangeable heads, including one sporting a handlebar mustache, which Houle highlighted as a key feature.
"We wanted to inject some fun into it," Houle shared with IGN. "This three-pack was one of our favorite reveals. We began with the handlebar mustache and mullet, then added the clean-cut and short-beard looks. The handlebar mustache is our primary focus—it's just incredibly fun."
As for Merrin, her inclusion was a no-brainer given her integral role in the Fallen Order/Survivor storyline. The challenge was capturing her unique Force abilities.
"It's impossible to imagine Cal without Merrin," Reiff remarked. "We're thrilled to finally include her, but capturing her Force effect—the green blast—was challenging. We also wanted to showcase the new costume details and face tattoos with inkjet precision. She's a fascinating character, and fans are deeply invested in her story."
This year's lineup also features fan-favorites Han Solo and Chewbacca, yet Houle believes there's still room for innovation.
"It's been a while since we've revisited these characters," Houle explained. "We've updated them with new tools and the latest articulation to enhance the play experience. We've also learned from our previous Wookiee figures, using softer plastics for Chewbacca's long hair to ensure seamless movement. For Han, we've added articulation to the top of the boot to maintain the integrity of the red bars on his thigh."

Among the new releases, The Ronin from the Star Wars: Visions anime series stands out. This Celebration-exclusive figure is primarily in black and white, with the only splash of color coming from his red katana lightsaber. Both Houle and Reiff emphasized the importance of getting the details right for this special release.
"We stayed true to the original design," Houle stated. "Drawing from Japanese culture, we focused on premium packaging, including magnets for opening, watercoloring, and hidden accessories. Every aspect—from design to engineering—was meticulously crafted."
Reiff added, "We even used Japanese language on the exclusive packaging, which is unusual for us. But given that we were in Japan, we wanted to fully embrace the culture and create a special package."
Hasbro also unveiled a new addition to the 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line with a meticulously detailed Death Trooper helmet during the Celebration panel.
"This is a brand new helmet for our Black Series Premium roleplay line," Reiff said. "It's designed to look exactly like it does in the movies, complete with weathering and lighting details. You can control the chin and spectre sensor lights with a button on the side. We worked closely with Lucasfilm to ensure accuracy, adding detailed interiors to our helmets that the originals never had."
