The Inferno Dragon finally gets its long-overdue evolution upgrade in Clash Royale. Nearly a decade after soaring through battles in its basic form, this fiery legend receives a major power boost. Supercell celebrated the occasion with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola starring in a hilarious reveal trailer.

New Season Takes Flight With Inferno Dragon Evolution
The "How to Evolve Your Dragon!" season launches alongside the return of 2v2 League battles. Partner with friends or random allies to climb the competitive ladder.
Milestone Events kick off at Arena 7, offering sweet rewards including Lumberjack Evolution Shards, Epic Card Books, and exclusive cosmetics.
Crown Chase events bring stacked rewards:
- Crown Chase #1: Battle Banner with frame/decorations + Epic Card Book
- Crown Chase #2: Another Battle Banner + 3 Evolution Shards
Throughout June and early July, special game modes will spotlight the new Evolution cards:
- June 2-9: Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft
- June 6-9: Inferno Dragon Challenge (Battle Banner + Emote)
- June 9-16: Evolution Mayhem (4 Evolution Cards per deck)
- June 16-23: Magical Trio
- June 23-30: 4 Card Showdown
- June 30-July 7: Evolution Bonanza (8 Evolution Cards per deck)
