Final Fantasy XIV Free Login Campaign Returns

Square Enix has reinstated the popular Free Login Campaign for Final Fantasy XIV, allowing eligible players with inactive accounts to enjoy four consecutive days of free gameplay. This campaign runs until February 6th, 2025, and is available across PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms.

The campaign's four-day timer begins the moment an eligible player logs into the game launcher. Players can verify their eligibility through the Mog Station. This opportunity arrives conveniently following the release of Patch 7.15, which introduced new side quests within the Dawntrail expansion, including the return of the Hildibrand storyline and a fresh Custom Delivery client.

Producer and director Naoki Yoshida's recent New Year's message confirmed the upcoming release of Patches 7.2 and 7.3 in 2025, alongside smaller content updates. He also teased future directions for the Dawntrail main storyline, sparking much speculation among the player base.

This Free Login Campaign provides a perfect chance for lapsed players to return to Eorzea and catch up. The campaign began January 9th, 2025, at 3:00 AM Eastern Time and ends February 6th, 2025, at 9:59 AM Eastern Time. Eligibility requires a purchased and registered Final Fantasy XIV account that has been inactive for at least 30 days prior to the campaign start. Accounts suspended or canceled for violating terms of service are ineligible.
