Don't Worry, A Minecraft Movie Is Getting Its Own Popcorn Bucket Too
Remember themed popcorn buckets? Of course you do. Well, the upcoming Minecraft movie is jumping on the bandwagon with its own unique concessions novelties that will be available during its theatrical run. According to images shared by DiscussingFilm on X / Twitter, the Minecraft movie will feature a TNT-themed popcorn bucket and a chicken jockey drink container. These exclusive items will be available at Cinemark theaters across the United States, though other theaters might have their own plans for Minecraft fans, which we'll have to wait and see.

These Minecraft-inspired novelties are the latest in a trend that started with the viral R2-D2 popcorn bucket from 2019's Rise of Skywalker. The success of that bucket sparked a wave of themed concessions that have become a beloved, if somewhat overdone and pricey, part of the modern movie-going experience. But if these fun collectibles keep audiences coming to theaters, it's a win in my book.
