This season plunges players into the Dark Reign storyline, following Norman Osborn's takeover of S.H.I.E.L.D. and his formation of a villainous Avengers team.

New cards include Norman Osborn as Iron Patriot, Victoria Hand (January 7th), Bullseye (January 21st), Moonstone (January 14th), and Ares (January 28th). A new location, Asgard Besieged, depicts Asgard under attack.

A shadowy twist

This season features the return of some lesser-known Marvel characters, adding exciting new gameplay dynamics. Victoria Hand, for instance, boosts the power of cards in your hand, while Norman Osborn summons a random high-cost card, potentially reducing its cost for a strategic advantage.
