Coromon: Rogue Planet to Embark on Epic Interstellar Journey in 2025
TouchArcade Rating: Following the mobile release of Coromon, the popular monster-collecting game from TRAGsoft, a roguelite spin-off is on the horizon. Coromon: Rogue Planet (Free) will launch next year on Steam, Switch, iOS, and Android. This new title combines the turn-based combat of the original with roguelite elements, promising endless replayability within its monster-collecting gameplay loop. The Steam page boasts 10 ever-changing biomes, 7 playable characters, over 130 monsters, and more. Check out the official announcement trailer below:
The original Coromon is a free-to-play mobile title. It will be interesting to see how Coromon: Rogue Planet performs on mobile, and whether its mobile release coincides with the Steam and Switch launches. You can wishlist Coromon: Rogue Planet on Steam now. While I haven't played Coromon recently, Coromon: Rogue Planet's gameplay sounds particularly engaging. Based on the Steam screenshots, it appears ideally suited for short bursts of play. In the meantime, you can download the original Coromon for free on iOS. What are your thoughts on Coromon: Rogue Planet so far? Have you played the original Coromon?
