Apex Legends ALGS Year 4 Championships Heads to Sapporo, Japan!

Get ready Apex Legends fans! The ALGS Year 4 Championships are coming to Asia for the first time ever, landing in Sapporo, Japan! This exciting announcement marks a significant milestone for the Apex Legends Global Series.

The tournament will be held at the Daiwa House PREMIST DOME from January 29th to February 2nd, 2025, featuring 40 top teams vying for the championship title.

This is a momentous occasion, as it's the first ALGS offline tournament in Asia, following successful events in the US, UK, Sweden, and Germany. EA highlighted the strong Japanese Apex Legends community and the high demand for a local event as key factors in choosing Sapporo.

"We're thrilled to bring the ALGS Championships to Japan," stated John Nelson, EA's senior director of Esports. "The Daiwa House Premist Dome is the perfect venue to celebrate this milestone with fans."
