Lifelines:

• Two lifelines available: Cheat & Respawn.
• Cheat removes 2 incorrect answers.
• Respawn adds 5 seconds to the timer.
• Only one lifeline per question.
• Purchase lifelines using coins earned in The Daily Challenge.
