UNO STAR

UNO Star is a customer engagement and loyalty program that rewards users with exclusive benefits.

The UNO Star program digitally connects UNO Minda's retailers, mechanics, and consumers on a unified platform.

Customers can register via the app or with assistance from UNO Minda representatives. Registration is subject to approval by the UNO Minda team per the Terms & Conditions, and the enrollment process is finalized upon approval.

The app is available to all successfully enrolled UNO Minda customers—including mechanics, retailers, and end consumers—who can then access benefits tailored to their specific category.

Retailers:

Retailers can submit 'Retailer Loyalty Coupons', browse the E-Catalogue, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their behalf, and place orders using the UNO Star app.

Mechanics:

Mechanics receive loyalty benefits and can redeem coupon points on selected UNO Minda products featuring the UNO Star coupon. They can also view the E-Catalogue.

Consumers:

Consumers can browse the E-Catalogue through the app to learn about UNO Minda products and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
