Our modding system has reached new heights, now supporting intricate animations for various bus components like buttons, wipers, and windows. The vibrant community has crafted hundreds of bus mods, with more on the horizon. Expect new bus mods throughout the year, allowing you to customize your fleet to your preferences without overwhelming your game's storage. Older, non-animated buses have been removed from this edition but will return as mods in the coming months.

In 2020, we introduced a groundbreaking map modding system, a rarity among mobile games. While map creation requires a PC, the resulting maps can run smoothly on mobile devices with sufficient RAM. As custom map creation takes center stage, traditional routes will gradually fade into the background.

If you appreciate the project and its development, consider upgrading to a paid version to enjoy ad-free play, exclusive features like virtual mirrors, cruise control, and 360-degree screenshot capabilities. Nearly all other features, including most buses, remain free.

This simulator focuses on realism rather than gamification. Forget about points and checkpoints—just choose your favorite bus and drive. Available on both PC and Android, Proton Bus Urbano offers superior graphics on PCs due to their robust hardware. For optimal performance, a modern mid to high-end device with at least 4 GB of RAM is recommended. If you encounter issues, try older versions or adjust settings. Note that there's a known issue with 64-bit Unity applications on Android; a 32-bit APK is available on our website for potentially better performance.
