SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) is an open standard for vector graphics developed by the World Wide Web Consortium. Unlike bitmap images that use pixels, SVG utilizes mathematical descriptions of shapes, allowing them to scale infinitely without losing quality - making them perfect for logos, illustrations, and web graphics.
