Rinascita is brimming with discoveries, including intriguing puzzles like the Morph Paintings. These are key components in two puzzle types: Overflowing Palettes and simpler restoration tasks.

Restoring Morph Paintings is straightforward and rewarding, offering valuable resources such as Astrites. This guide outlines the mechanics, locations, and solutions.

Restoring Morph Paintings in Wuthering Waves

Restoring Morph Paintings involves placing the correct paintings on their designated pedestals. Carefully read the pedestal descriptions, locate the matching portrait, and use your Levitator utility to place it. The game usually automatically equips the Levitator, but if not, press Tab/D-Pad Left to do so manually.

Currently, two such puzzles exist, integrated into the "Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise" and "Trials of Old" quests.

Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise Morph Painting Puzzle

This puzzle, within the "Shadows of the Past" questline in Resounding Rise (one of the three Thorncrown - Thessaleo Falls towers), requires the following steps (using the central painting as a reference):

  1. Swap the front-left and back-right paintings.
  2. Move the painting behind the left pedestals to the back-left pedestal.
  3. Move the painting behind the right chairs to the front-right pedestal.

Completing this puzzle unlocks a chest and allows quest progression.

Trials of Old Morph Painting Puzzle

Located in the "Trial of Wisdom" during the "Trials of Old" quest near Porto-Veno Castle (eastern Thessaleo Fells), this puzzle requires arranging paintings to tell a sequential story from left to right. The solution is shown in the image above.

A helpful tip: A correctly placed painting will illuminate its frame, providing immediate visual confirmation and simplifying the puzzle.
