War Strategy Unveils Open Alpha Test in Chosen Regions

Marauder Tech Games launches the open alpha test for its tactical medieval fantasy game, Price of Glory: War Strategy. This turn-based strategy game features head-to-head duels set in a harsh, visually stunning medieval world.

Gameplay Overview:

Battles unfold across diverse terrains, from arid deserts to dense forests and fiery volcanic arenas. Each turn, players strategically maneuver their troops, fortifying their stronghold while weakening enemy defenses. A variety of factions and unit types are available, including scouts for reconnaissance, heavily armored knights for direct assault, and healers for battlefield support.

The asynchronous gameplay allows for thoughtful planning within a 24-hour turn limit. For quicker matches, a five-minute blitz mode is also available.

Price of Glory caters to various playstyles:

• Skirmish Mode: A casual mode for experimenting with strategies and testing new units.
• Tournaments: Competitive single-elimination tournaments offering substantial rewards.
• Salt Tournaments: Free-to-play tournaments where players earn in-game currency ("salt crystals") by watching ads or completing simple tasks. These crystals can then be used to enter cash tournaments for a chance to win real money.

Resource Management:

Animo is the primary resource for recruiting, moving, attacking, and activating special unit abilities. The limited Animo per turn emphasizes strategic decision-making in player-versus-player combat.
