BioWare has seemingly put DLC plans for Dragon Age: The Veilguard on hold. However, Creative Director John Epler hinted at the possibility of a remastered Dragon Age collection.
No Current Plans for Dragon Age: The Veilguard DLC
Remastered Dragon Age Collection Remains a Possibility
According to a recent Rolling Stone article, BioWare has confirmed it's not currently developing any downloadable content (DLC) for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The game is considered complete, and BioWare's focus has shifted to the next Mass Effect installment.
While specifics regarding future Veilguard DLC remain undisclosed, Epler addressed the possibility of a remastered Dragon Age collection, similar to the successful Mass Effect Legendary Edition. He acknowledged the significant challenge of remastering the first three Dragon Age games due to their reliance on EA's proprietary game engines. However, he expressed enthusiasm for the idea, stating, "It’s something that’s not going to be as easy as Mass Effect, but we do love the original games. Never say never, I guess that’s what it comes down to."
