Upcoming Pokemon GO Event Adding 2 New Paldean Pokemon

Pokemon GO's Fashion Week: Taken Over event, launching January 15th, introduces Shroodle and Grafaiai!

This exciting event brings the Gen IX Pokemon Shroodle and its evolution, Grafaiai, to Pokemon GO for the first time. Running from January 15th, 12:00 AM to January 19th, 8:00 PM local time, the event is packed with activities.

New Pokemon & Encounters:

• Shroodle: Hatch from 12km Eggs.
• Grafaiai: Evolve Shroodle using 50 Shroodle Candy.
• Surprise Encounter: Snap a photo to encounter a fashionably dressed Croagunk!

Event Features:

• Increased Team GO Rocket Activity: Find them more frequently at PokéStops and in balloons.
• Charged TM Utility: Use a Charged TM to help Shadow Pokémon forget Frustration.
• Shadow Palkia Special Research: A special research task allows players to rescue Shadow Palkia.
• Shadow Pokémon Encounters: Encounter Shadow Taillow, Snivy, Tepig, Oshawott, Trubbish, and Bunnelby.
• Shadow Raids: Featuring one-star (Shadow Nidoran♀, Nidoran♂, Totodile, Ralts) and three-star (Shadow Electabuzz, Magmar, Wobbuffet) raids. Remote Raid Passes are usable for the first time in these raids.
• Field Research Tasks: Earn Mysterious Components, Charged TMs, and Fast TMs.
• Collection Challenges & Showcases: Event-themed challenges and showcases.
• In-Game Shop Bundle: A 300-coin bundle including an Incubator, Rocket Radar, and Premium Battle Pass.
