Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Rated on Singaporean Website
Fueling the fire of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater remake rumors, Singapore's rating board has listed "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4" for a 2025 release. This rumored remake, encompassing the next two mainline entries in the series, is slated for a wide range of platforms: Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
While official confirmation remains elusive, a countdown timer within Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 hints at upcoming Tony Hawk's Pro Skater news, culminating on March 4, 2025. Adding to the speculation, Tony Hawk himself revealed on Mythical Kitchen that he's been in discussions with Activision, working on a project he described as something fans will truly appreciate.
The success of the 2020 Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 remake made a sequel seemingly inevitable. However, the 2021 absorption of Vicarious Visions, the original remake developer, into Blizzard presented a significant hurdle. According to Tony Hawk, plans to tackle 3+4 immediately after 1+2 were in place until Vicarious Visions' integration. Activision subsequently sought alternative developers, but apparently none met their expectations.
Despite this setback, the Singaporean ratings board lists Activision as both publisher and developer for Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4. The mystery of the development team remains, but March 4th promises further revelations.
