Developer Tomoki Fukushima has released Sphere Defense, a captivating tower defense game where players protect Earth from waves of enemies. While the core gameplay remains true to the tower defense genre—strategic unit placement and resource management—Sphere Defense distinguishes itself with its stylish minimalist visuals and vibrant neon aesthetic.

The objective is simple: strategically position your towers and units to repel incoming attacks. Each successful defense earns resources, allowing for unit upgrades and enhanced defenses. The difficulty progressively increases, rewarding skillful players with high scores for completing levels without taking damage.

Fukushima explains the game's inspiration: "This game was developed as a tribute to 'geoDefense,' a tower defense game created over a decade ago by David Whatley. 'geoDefense' impressed me with its ability to be both simple and incredibly fun and beautiful."
