Eclipse Glow Games Unveils "Tides of Annihilation," a New Action-Adventure Title

Revealed at Sony's State of Play 2025 event, Tides of Annihilation is a single-player action-adventure game promising a gripping narrative and intense combat. The debut trailer (see below) showcases the game's unique blend of fast-paced action and immersive storytelling.

Set in a modern-day London ravaged by otherworldly forces, players assume the role of Gwendolyn. Explore iconic London landmarks, summon spectral Knights of the Round Table for assistance in combat, and face off against enemies inspired by Arthurian mythos, including colossal skyscraper-sized bosses.

Developed by the Chengdu, China-based Eclipse Glow Games – a Tencent-backed studio – Tides of Annihilation boasts a team of over 100 developers with experience on titles such as Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin's Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia.

Tides of Annihilation is a narrative-driven single-player experience set in a distorted version of modern London, devastated by an otherworldly invasion. As Gwendolyn, humanity's last hope, players embark on a legendary quest across iconic London locations to solve a mystery that will decide the fate of reality. Battle alongside spectral knights, confront hordes of enemies, and overcome unforgettable bosses in vertically expansive environments.
