How to Become a Shinigami in Hollow Era

Starting your journey in Hollow Era, you begin as a Soul Spirit. To transition into a Shinigami, or Soul Reaper, you'll need to accept the initial quest from an NPC named Hurt Shinigami. She's in need of assistance, and by accepting her plea, you commit to the Shinigami path, locking out the Hollow route unless you later choose to become a Visored. When choosing between Shinigami and Hollow, timing is key. Opting for Hollow requires you to break your chain, but as a Shinigami, your chain will begin to break slowly over time, regardless of your actions. Every two minutes, a chain section will break, and if you let it fully break, you'll become a Hollow. In such a case, our resurrection moves list will guide you through your Hollow endgame.

Hollow Era Shinigami Quests Guide

Your journey as a Shinigami involves purifying 6 Lost Souls, a task aligned with your role in maintaining the balance between life and death. Following this, you'll receive a quest to deliver a letter to a Doctor friend near the hospital, available from the NPC near Hurt Shinigami.

Early quests are perfect for mastering your powers. Consider purchasing a $1,000 random sword of power from a Urahara shop, and if you have the funds, utilize the bus stop for $200 as a teleportation method across the expansive map. For a more permanent solution, you can buy infinite fast travel for 149 Robux in the Robux Shop.

As you progress, quests are marked with a red crosshair, guiding you through tasks like defeating one Hollow, then 5 Corrupted Shinigamis, and so on, until you reach level 15. These quests fall into three categories: repeatable quests, progression quests, and path-specific quests like Vizard and Airwalk.

Full Soul Reaper Skill Tree and Reiatsu

To maximize your Shinigami Reiatsu, strategic investment of skill points is essential. The Reiatsu Skill Tree offers various Kido abilities, exclusive to Shinigami:

• Caja Negacion: Launches a lightning beam from your finger. When combined with Electric, it spreads electricity outwards from the target.
• Shakkaho: Generates a red energy ball that explodes upon impact. With Ragdoll, it can knock back foes, and with Fire, it ignites them.
• Chain Bind: Summons energy chains to pull enemies towards you.
• Prison of Light: Encircles the enemy with six light rods, immobilizing them, ideal for agile foes.
• Thunder Sear: A slow-moving lightning ball that damages and can explode, perfect for crowd control.

How to Get Shikai in Hollow Era

To unlock Shikai, reach level 15 and visit Urihiro for the Shikai Training quest. You'll need to defeat Urahara Kisuke for 1,700 exp. This quest is challenging at level 15, so consider grinding to level 25 or higher if needed.

Using Shikai

Upon unlocking Shikai, your weapon gains a random powerful ability. If unsatisfied, you can re-roll at Urahara Shop for cash. Shikai is activated via the Rage Bar, which fills with damage taken or dealt. Press Y (default keybind) to activate Shikai, which ends when your Reiatsu is depleted or you release the key.

Hollow Era Shikai Mastering

Your Shikai Mastery Level increases with Mastery Points earned by using Shikai skills. Higher Mastery Levels reduce Rage consumption and come with unique aura effects and visual changes:

• Mastery Level 1: 1-149 Points. Grants Transparent Aura.
• Mastery Level 2: 150-299 Points. Grants a brighter aura with particles.
• Mastery Level 3: 300-499 Points. Grants a Lightning boost.
• Mastery Level 4: 500+ Points. Grants a zone of flying stones around you.

Becoming a Visored in the Hollow Era

Once committed to the Shinigami path, becoming a Visored allows you to break the barrier between Shinigami and Hollow, utilizing a Hollow Mask. To pursue this, you must reach level 50 to unlock the Vizard fighting style. The quest begins at the Vizard’s Warehouse, where you'll learn to harness Hollow powers, similar to the Bleach canon.

To fully embrace the Visored role, you'll need to acquire the Hogyoku, obtained by defeating the King of Hueco Mundo with a 1% drop rate. This marks the start of your Visored journey.

Hollow Era Visored Mastering

As a Visored, you gain Mask Control to resist Hollow control and extend mask duration, boosting damage output with Hollow powers.

Visored Abilities in Hollow Era

• Hollow Mask: Grants control over your inner Hollow, allowing you to wear it at will.
• Cero: Charges a Reiatsu beam for significant damage.
• Final Cero: Pins down enemies and delivers a crushing Cero from above.
• Vasto Rage: Temporarily transforms you into the most powerful Hollow type.

What About Hollow Era Bankai?

Currently, Bankai is not available in Hollow Era. However, given the game's popularity, future updates may introduce this feature. No release date has been confirmed yet, so stay tuned for updates.

Hollow Era Tips and Tricks

To navigate combat effectively, use the lockup button to focus on your primary enemy, especially useful in laggy scenarios. Learn to block enemy attacks early on to manage damage, as even low-level enemies can be dangerous. Utilize bus teleport for efficient travel across the map, and prioritize investing skill points in Strength and Speed for early-game success. For quest navigation, press and hold J (default keybind) to reveal markers around Karakura with your Reiatsu sense. If the repetitive nature of Hollow gameplay doesn't appeal to you, the Shinigami path offers a more structured progression.
