The initial Wintervestigation quest directs you to SGT. Winter. These quests appear to involve teaming up with Noir to uncover clues and discover new NPCs across the Chapter 6 map.

The quest marker will pinpoint SGT. Winter's location, even before you start the match. He's near a plane crash site atop a snowy mountain, east of Warrior's Watch and south of Foxy Floodgate, close to Mariah Carey's in-game concert location.

SGT. Winter is an NPC patrolling near the plane wreckage. He's marked on your map and HUD with a speech bubble. Interact with him to access a menu offering a Holo Twister Assault Rifle, Blizzard Grenade, or dialogue options.

Select the magnifying glass icon to initiate the conversation about his Wintervestigation. This text-based dialogue will provide your next mission: find Noir in Seaport City. Completing the dialogue rewards you with 25,000 XP.
