Pokémon Go Hosts Aquatic Paradise Alongside NYC Go Fest
Pokémon Go's Aquatic Paradise event, running from July 6th to 9th, brings a wave of water-type Pokémon to global players. This event mirrors the Pokémon Go Fest 2024: New York City festivities (July 5th-7th), extending the aquatic fun worldwide.
Expect increased wild spawns of water-type Pokémon like Horsea, Staryu, Wingull, and Ducklett. Using Incense will attract rarer Pokémon including Shellder, Lapras, Finneon, and Frillish, with a chance to encounter shiny versions. A 2x XP bonus for catching Pokémon adds extra incentive to explore.
Field Research tasks will reward encounters with Corphish, Clamperl, Finneon, and Frillish, while a collaborative Collection Challenge offers additional rewards.
For even more rewards, a $1.99 Timed Research offers quests focused on exploration and catching, yielding encounters with Ducklett, Lucky Eggs, Incense, and Ducklett Candy.
NYC Go Fest attendees can redeem the code GOFEST2024 at the Pokémon Go Web Store to receive a free Premium Battle Pass and Incubator with any purchase. Dive into the Aquatic Paradise event and make a splash!
