In a recent interview, Mizobe discussed the difficulties in adapting Palworld's demanding PC specifications for the Switch. While discussions about new platforms are ongoing, no announcements regarding a Switch release are imminent. The high PC requirements present a significant technical obstacle.

Mizobe remains optimistic about expanding Palworld's reach to other platforms, though he hasn't specified which consoles or mobile devices might be considered. Previous statements confirm ongoing discussions about broader platform availability. Furthermore, while open to partnerships and acquisitions, Pocketpair hasn't engaged in buyout discussions with Microsoft.

Beyond platform considerations, Mizobe expressed a desire to enhance Palworld's multiplayer aspects. An upcoming arena mode, described as an experiment, will pave the way for more extensive multiplayer experiences. The ultimate goal is a robust PvP mode, drawing inspiration from the complex social and competitive dynamics found in titles like Ark and Rust.

Ark and Rust, both renowned survival games, feature challenging environments, intricate resource management, and extensive player interaction, including alliances and conflict. Both offer a blend of PvE and PvP elements.
