Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: A Closer Look at Village Life and Recent Controversy

Warhorse Studios continues to unveil new facets of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, focusing this time on the diverse activities available within the game's villages. Players will take on the role of Indřich (Henry), engaging in a range of activities including drinking, shepherding, archery (both crossbow and bow), prayer, hunting, and even assisting villagers with tasks such as procuring antidotes for the injured.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 is slated for release on February 4, 2025.

However, the game has recently become the target of online activism. Following the discovery of certain in-game subpoenas, campaigns emerged aiming to cancel the project. Figures like Grummz and other activists, described as "agenda-driven," have fueled public attention on the game.

Speculation surrounding the inclusion of specific content and "progressive" themes intensified after news of the game's ban in Saudi Arabia circulated online. This sparked a backlash on social media, with calls to cancel Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 and discourage further investment in the development team.

In response to these controversies, Warhorse Studios' PR manager, Tobias Stolz-Zwilling, urged the public to trust the developers and to critically evaluate online information before forming conclusions.
