The Permanent Standard Banner always offers the same four 5-star outfits: Blossoming Stars, Fairytale Swan, Whispers of Waves, and Crystal Poems. Players can summon using Resonite Crystals or Diamonds. In contrast, the Limited Banners rotate regularly, showcasing unique, time-limited outfits.
