Chimchar Accessories Debut in Pokemon TCG Pocket Event

Pokemon TCG Pocket's Second Wonder Pick Event: Chimchar Mania!

The second phase of Pokemon TCG Pocket's latest Wonder Pick event is here, running until February 21st! This event features a fresh batch of Chimchar-themed goodies and new missions.

This Wonder Pick event is a Chimchar extravaganza, offering collectors a Chimchar coin, card sleeve, and a playmat showcasing its evolutions, Monferno and Infernape. While not everyone's cup of tea (my top 100 Pokemon list remains Chimchar-free!), it's a great opportunity for Chimchar enthusiasts.

Less exciting, but still available, is a new Poke Ball avatar icon. While a staple in any deck, it's a bit underwhelming compared to other avatar options.

Monkey Business and Missions:

The missions are simple: complete six Wonder Picks and collect ten Fire and Psychic-type Pokemon. Rewards include Trade Tokens (100 per Wonder Pick) and Event Shop Tickets. Wonder Hourglass can significantly speed up progress.

Don't worry if you missed the first part! All rewards from the initial event, including a Chimchar backdrop and cover, a Cave of Crystals backdrop, and promo cards featuring Chimchar and Togepi, remain available until February 21st.
