Get ready, Pokémon Go trainers! February's Community Day is bringing a double dose of excitement with Karrablast and Shelmet taking center stage. Mark your calendars for February 9th, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time – it's time to catch 'em all!

This Community Day features Karrablast and Shelmet, appearing more frequently in the wild. Keep your eyes peeled for their shiny variants! The real reward, however, lies in their evolutions.

Evolve Karrablast anytime between the event start and February 16th at 10:00 p.m. local time to obtain an Escavalier knowing the powerful Charged Attack, Razor Shell (35 power in Trainer Battles, 55 power in Gyms and Raids). Similarly, evolving Shelmet during this period will grant you an Accelgor with the Charged Attack Energy Ball (a hefty 90 power in all battle types).

A Special Research taskline will reward you with encounters featuring Karrablast and Shelmet with special Dual Destiny-themed backgrounds, plus a Premium Battle Pass and a Rare Candy XL. And that's not all! A Timed Research event follows the main event, lasting a full week. Log in during Community Day to unlock tasks providing further encounters with these special Pokémon.
