Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask failure and hallucinations. After the initial cutscene, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") in the Director's office to access the A.C.R. room. More zombies await. A mannequin holds the Yellow card, but interacting with it transforms it into an abomination. Before confronting it, gather armor plates, weapons, and a crucial grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Next, acquire the Green Card in the Administration Facility. Grapple to the Administration Facility, answer the ringing phone, and locate four documents to place in the file display area.

Manequins will pursue you; maintain distance by sprinting. The documents are: one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a central table, and one in the cafe. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.

Securing the Blue and Red Cards

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, locate the Blue Card within the glass chamber, and eliminate the spawning mimic. For the Red Card, navigate to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the card.

Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Eliminate zombies, unlock a door using a blacklight code, and drain the water within 25 seconds by activating three switches. Defeat the Mangler and its horde to get the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the phone and prepare for a final confrontation with numerous zombies and the Disciple. The ensuing cinematic reveals the encounter as a hallucination.
