Bennett Takes The Spotlight Again In Upcoming Genshin Impact 5.0 Livestream

The excitement surrounding Natlan in Genshin Impact is reaching fever pitch! Hoyoverse has announced a special program, "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," premiering this Friday at 12:00 AM (UTC-4) on Twitch and YouTube. The program promises exciting Natlan reveals, including character banners and free rewards.

The Bennett Surprise: A Gift or a Letdown?

The announcement of free 4-star character Bennett has sparked debate. While many anticipated a free Natlan character like Kachina, Hoyoverse opted for Bennett instead. While rumors suggest Bennett's Natlan origins, this departure from the tradition of gifting a new region's character for exploration has surprised some players. Acquiring Bennett will require completing a world quest.

Generous Free Primogems

The free Primogems are a major draw. After initial fluctuations, the total number of free pulls is confirmed at 115. Dedicated players completing all Version 5.0 content can expect this many pulls. Even with less playtime, players can still anticipate around 90 free pulls.

Version 5.0's August 28th launch coincides with Genshin Impact's 4th anniversary, bringing additional rewards. A 7-day login event will offer ten fates, 1600 Primogems, a pet, and a gadget. Combined with daily commissions, world quests, Spiral Abyss, and events, players could accumulate approximately 18,435 Primogems (or 115 wishes).
